From 14th August me and my office colleague came to Jamshedpur for office work purposes. From that day we are staying at the Ginger Hotel in Jamshedpur. All Employees of Ginger are well behaved and have a favuous service towards us. Specially Hari Mohan one of the employees of Ginger ,is so much welled. He grabbed our eyes and heart through his work. Thank you Hari" and team Ginger.

It was a very pleasant staycation . Had a lovely and relaxing weekend. Ayush was very helpful with all my queries and arranged taxi for railway station. Really enjoyed the stay and specially liked the behaviour of Ayush who was at front desk.

Overall experience was very good. Appreciate support from Mr Sanjeet and Vikram. Special thanks to Deepak - house keeping staff. Recommend restaurant timing to more wide like start from 6am and provide pack options. May try to keep more varieties in rests.

Rumana Madam service was excellent Vikram Sir was polite and humble. They both were always available on my request. They arranged the room especially in the weeding season when it was not available. Thankful to them , they made my trip joyful and easy

It's nice experience. The food is good and behaviour of staff are excellent. Rooms are clean and neat. They must show the details of services like toothkit, slippers in the room it self. Recommended for all kind of personal and business trip.

Overall very good experience Specifically Satyajit and other reception staff. Dining side Sushant very courteous and others also nice staff. My stay very pleasant every corner of the premise and those looking after very appreciative. My first priority will be Ginger whenever I will be in Jamshedpur.

It was a wonderful stay and very nice staffs with nice accommodations with food Tuhin were excellent with their hospitality, hotel is located in heart to Jamshedpur everything's are near by with a walking distance mall . Really enjoyed my stay and would love to visit again.

Good service by Satyajit and rumana staff are very cooperative and food was very good also the view of the hotel is very good we will definitely visit next time. Very good weather and ambiance of hotel was very much friendly and every staff even service quality was very much different and will rate 5 star rating.
