They provided me good room. A/c, attached bath functioned well. Helpful staff. Good food. Nice experience at the heart of mumbai at cheapest price. Good experience for both of us.

Rooms very small with no ventilation, advertises city view, pretty clean though, well maintained, staff are cordial, food not available but plenty of options for ordering. In room menu has a number for fortune restaurant but there is no restaurant. Okay for short stay

Room was too small. Shown pics seems fake. Even they denied for hot water at night. I was travel-ling with my mother where we checked in late in night. When they denied to serve hot water to drink. Pathetic stay

I had book room from 19 september. I arrived at morning 20 september at 8 o'clock. Got to know from reception that there is no such booking they received. Even after showing voucher receipt. He still questioned my booking. After further discussion he admitted. Then he asked me to wait till 12 after for check in. I got angry asked have u read receipt. Or u understand bookings. U should hv also read booking is from 19 september. He surprised said rooms are not available. U have to wait till we make room for u. They took multiple booking for same room. And also undervalued make my trip. This is serious ! terrible. After giving me room around 10. I asked them for towel they said towl is not available. After insisting they gave me used towels. Such terrible hotel. Three star not even a half star. Room provided is not even 50 sqft like a store room.
