牙刷牙膏等一次性個人清潔用品太差勁了,門鎖太舊,完全不能關好。

Сам отель вполне неплохой, но был инцидент, когда мы поставили свою воду в холодильник, а ее забрали и заставили ещё за нее заплатить, хотя это наша вода была, мы ее просто поставили в холодильник.В общим мелочи, но неприятно.Завтраки как все азиатские, ничего особенного.Бассейны очень теплые, хотелось бы попрохладнее, мы были в апреле.

Booking for family's .but the hotel still charge extra bed
Breakfast terrible. Day time no electricity
The hotel uses generator it very noisy

住宿寬敞,可睡4人,靠近大海但不能下海游泳,有游泳池,有早餐。

Отель, в который не стоит ехать. Во-первых, заявленые 4 звезды не соответствуют даже двум. За десять дней отдыха мы поменяли номер 3 раза! В первом номере была плесень. Во втором потек потолок. В третьем сдох кондиционер. Такая же участь ждала и четвертый номер, но уехали мы раньше. Компенсации никакой отель не предлагает за доставленные неудобства. Номера ушатаные. Розеток мало. Напор воды крайне слабый, горячая вода не регулируется. Или мойтесь в холодной воде или в еле теплой. Элементарно промыть волосы крайне сложно с таким напором. Нет сушилки для белья. Оставлять вещи сушиться на балконе не реально - даже стульев там нет. А с учетом влажности - это еще и бесполезно по сути. Услуги прачечной предоставляют за 70000 донгов кило белья. Стирка у них вручную. Соответственно, какие-то более серьезные загрязнения не отстирают (зачем такая прачечная вообще нужна - вручную и самим можно справиться). Качество уборки номеров полностью зависит от ниличия чаевых. Нет чаевых - вам даже чашки не помоют. Отель предоставляет только завтраки. Даже за отдельную плату заказать ужин нельзя. Несмотря на то, что когда приезжают местные, им организуют ужин. В номерах муравьи. При чем ладно если обычные. В некоторых пищевые. Мы молились, что бы не привезти их домой с собой в качестве сувенира. Море. Заявлен отель как первая линия. Так вот: пляжа у этого отеля нет! Выход в море есть с так называемой набережной. Во время отлива есть береговая линия. Во время прилива как хочешь так и ныряй. Можно прям с этой набережной. Территория отеля чистая, ухоженная. Выходя с отеля попадаешь на грязнющие улицы, без тротуаров. Молишься, что бы не сбили мопеды или машины.

We were traveling with a group of 26 and stayed here 2 nights while visiting the red and white sand dunes. The pools are great, but they are both very warm as Mui Ne is very warm. Still refreshing. The rooms were large, clean and great airco. Breakfast was reasonable, not special but was fine. There's a boardwalk between the hotel and the actual beach but you will not want to swim in the beach, there's a lot of garbage (mainly plastic) scattered on the beach. So sad to see. And the closer you get to Mui Ne the worse it gets. I wouldn't call this a resort as it has pool but not other amenities. We did have lunch here on the second day, that was quite good. For a 3 star hotel with a pool it's good.
