Travel with friends but they booked via another agent (***********) to pay at the property. They faced the problem at checking in as their bookings were cancelled and the hotel staff informed they tested the payment of credit card but declined so the hotel cancelled their rooms. The hotel then offered a higher cost room telling this is the best they could do. We argued this was not guest’s mistake (no evidence of card being declined) and they must handle the case more properly. Finally my friends could get the rooms at the booked rates though we were quite disappointed with their first approach.
The room and the other service were good but I found the fly in my room.
