If you want a place to stay in Plymouth but don't want to stay in the city this is perfect. 20 mins from the city. Amenities nearby. Subway or Burger King onsite. Very clean and well presented. Highly recommend staying here.

Many food outlets around We booked two rooms one was for two nights the other for one the family room was upstairs no lift I was told by staff member to say next time an the could put us downstairs as I’m got crutches um!! The room itself was in need of updating as carpets a bit grubby a marks on wall an only two power points not ideal no lock on doors !! So didn’t feel secure any way asked the next morning if we could check in on the second room as we were attending a wedding but was told no we didn’t want to access the room just the key so when we returned at midnight we could go straight to this room any way told no so I then had to wait till 3pm to check in for key my son had already gone to the wedding an it was book in his name for my other son who was going to the evening event they were quite funny about giving me the key even though they had seen me the day before checking in with my son whom had booked the rooms as I told I couldn’t get the booking details as he was at the ceremony I suggested they checked the computer under his name an of course they found it!!! This room was at a easier access for me so I moved my case etc down from the room upstairs I found this room so much better cleaner as well but we noticed that all carpets in the hotel need updates as some places were frayed an on the stairs quite dangerous overall not a pleasant stay
