Très belle villa mais rien pour ranger ses vêtements si ce n'est des cintres ...on ouvre sa valise dans la partie salon... Ambiance bruyante, on entend très (trop) bien les voisins ... A l'intérieur, le frigo fait aussi du bruit, le placard est éclairé,même la nuit,les rideaux ne sont pas suffisamment occultants, le lit n'avait pas de sommier, bref des nuits difficiles, des reveils tres matinaux.... la piscine est trop froide pour être utilisée en octobre, on essaie le jacuzzi mais situé côté "vent", heureusement qu'il y a des peignoirs pour la sortie... ne pas réserver une voiture via l'hôtel, c'est 30 % plus cher, on trouve facilement dans le village voisin, où l'on trouve aussi pléthore de tavernes très sympas. Et j'oublie le savon et la serviette de toilette que l'on ne sait pas où poser dans la minuscule salle d'eau. Par contre, le petit dej et la dame qui s'en occupe sont au top !

Chambre décorée avec goût et originale piscine privée très sympa et nettoyée tous les jours le petit déjeuner est très bon avec des produits sales et sucrés fait maison les seuls bémols : chambre mal insonorisée et les voisins sont très très donc manque d’intimité et bruit présent si les voisins sont dehors en même temps que vous. Dommage aussi que. Pour le standing on ne vous porte pas vos bagages dans la villa

We arrived in the port and hopped on the public bus (buy €2 per person in ticket office) and got off after 10 minutes at the Naxos Palace stop. The hotel is 3 minutes walk from there on a secluded hillock-top and we are in very nice double suite with private swimming pool, big bath, shower/steam room, etc. Breakfast is a great spread of delicious things, mostly homemade, including cakes, quiches, pastries, etc as well as bacon & eggs, etc. We walked into town for evening meals, 10 minutes walk to Agios Prok - although the first restaurant (looked very nice) is within 5 minutes walk. The little town has everything that you need, e.g. there is a supermarket, petrol station and plenty of shops. If we were staying longer we would have hired a car for day trips around the island but did not need to do that for our 2-night stay

Lovely hotel very isolated apart from a Waterpark right infront of hotel, I imagine holiday times it’s a nightmare I had read reports about dogs near the car park, a few times we arrived back to aggressively barking dogs which did concern us when getting out Rooms are lovely but the pools are too cold to get in We went to Plaka beach daily for this reason and to get full sun Would I recommend probably not, def look something more central

Strengths: - great cleanliness - excellent breakfast, even if only internally and not outside - great silence Weaknesses: - awful location: any view and very poor and shabby surroundings - staff kind but totally unreliable and not competent (I.e. “you should not book for the restaurant!” and if we have followed this advise we would have never eaten outside in the evening) - normally when you leave after 10 days the staff would thank you: in this case the reception was closed at 8:45am. - by far too expensive compared to the services offered. Overall we would never ever suggest this location to any friend, despite that we loved Naxos and there are many other nice hotels, with a much better price/quality ratio

Was looking forward to this vacation, after looking at the reviews and photos from hotel I was excited. The villa was spacious. The morning breakfast was delicious. However I gave it a 2 stars the room does have a pool, however there is no privacy as it is located next to parking lot and people are passing by. The chairs are broken. The shower had mildew. There is nothing luxurious about this hotel.

Stunning villa in a quiet area of Naxos close to bus stop and 10-15 min walk to nearest village. Loved the pool and space both outdoor and indoors. There is also a fab rooftop pool as well with ‘floating’ sun loungers Loved our sunken massive bath and very comfy bed. Well equipped kitchen and comfy living area with smart tv as well as smart tv in bedroom. Limited English channels but we just screen mirrored/usb cable Netflix and Uk channels from phone and worked perfectly well, Cleaners came every day, fresh towels including massive pool towels. Breakfast was perfect , plenty choice and all freshly made and very comfortable area to sit and enjoy it. All staff were amazing, couldn’t do enough for you and very helpful even providing free transfers to and from the villa. Naxos town is about 20 mins away, nearby bus stop but a bit hit and Miss (you also can’t pay on the bus and have to buy tickets from the supermarket (1.80 euro each). Taxis quite expensive 15 euro but worth it rather than stand waiting for bus that may not come. Nearest village is a 15 min walk but be careful as no footpaths and some bends but a lovely walk to a perfect little village with supermarkets, plenty eating places and a stunning beach. Loved every minute of our stay and would love to return.

The room was very spacious with beautiful decor. The pool was lovely, albeit a bit cold but that’s because we visited early in the season. Very large private sunbathing area and terrace looking out to mountains in the distance. Staff were welcoming and very friendly, can’t recommend this hotel enough for a relaxing peaceful stay. Breakfast buffet had everything you’d need in a lovely cafe style restaurant. Location is about 15/20min walk to the beach - Agios prokopios beach is just beautiful and has lots of bars and restaurants along the front. Our favourite taverna was called taverna perama , it is close to the villa only a 5min walk. Lovely family run restaurant with excellent service and food

We had a room with a pool. For some reason the pool was super cold, by far the coldest pool we came across in Greece! The room was big and white and had the largest bath in it I have ever seen, more like a hot tub. We didn't use it but suspect it would have used ever bit of hot water the hotel had! The only problem with the room was that the floor was white and it had a step so you had to be a little careful not to go flying as you walked towards the door. The hotel just does breakfast (buffet) so you really need to go into town to eat. They do have a menu for room service but we didn't use it. It is located next to an Aqua Park which was closed when we were there but could be noisy in peak summer. The staff were very helpful and organised car hire for us. There seemed plenty of parking at the hotel. The nearest town is Agios Prokopios which is a tourist hotspot and has loads of restaurants and bars. It is also the nearest beach.

Everything was great! We visited Naxos for the first time to attend a wedding. We absolutely loved our stay here, we had 5 glorious nights with no issues what so ever. The hotel and its facilities are excellent.

We absolutely loved our stay here, we had 15 glorious nights with no issues what so ever. We had booked 2 years before our stay but because of covid we could only go in 2021. After reading the latter reviews we were a bit worried and apprehensive. We needn't of worried, this is a fantastic place to stay. Our room and private pool were excellent in every way, the bed was very comfortable. From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely helpful and very polite. Breakfast was of a very high standard and every day there was a varied choice of hot and cold food. The chef was very proud of her cooking and offered to cook other food if there was anything else that we particularly wanted. we never took her up on this offer as there was plenty of choice. The hotel is in a quiet location, 15 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes into the village centre. Naxos town is 10 minutes in a taxi, THERTE WERE NO WILD DOGS, There were a few cats though which were very lovely and friendly. If we could afford it then we would stay here again.
