優點：酒店位置挺好，特別是對趕早班飛機的客人，酒店到機場5分鐘車程，而且酒店的機場shuttle隨時發車，步行20分鐘的距離有個很大的購物廣場，購物吃飯都方便 缺點：酒店隔音太差！！！戴着耳機睡覺，凌晨4點多居然被隔壁趕早班飛機的客人吵醒，太可怕！早餐廳很小，客人稍微多一點就沒地方坐了，好在我的房間在同一層，拿回房間吃去了。。。牀好小，雙人牀居然目測也就1.2米寬，最多算個加寬的單人牀，真心睡不下兩個人，這是我住過的所有美國酒店牀最小的了（美國的酒店可是以牀大聞名的哦@@）

該酒店有點混亂，以至於停車明智。便利設施是公平的。房間很乾凈。 我可以提到的一個缺點是，酒店位於火車鐵軌上。您可以聽到火車整夜運轉。火車會發出號角，因此，如果您打算住在這裏，請做好準備，聽聽火車的聲音。 第二個缺點是房間內的恆溫器。是的，恆溫器。為什麼？我們房間裏的那個照亮了整個房間。它像藍色的火一樣明亮。我相信像我們許多成年人一樣，我們喜歡在黑暗中睡覺。沒有這個字麪上照得那麼耀眼，你可以在燈光下看書。我建議在進入房間之前為顧客調暗顏色。 哦，我們隔壁的房間裏也有吵鬧的聲音。不得不打電話到樓下，讓他們知道該休息了。 此賓館位於聚會小鎮。因此，假設您想參加聚會，對您有好處。

房間不錯，床很舒適，早餐也不錯，種類很多，吃的很好，還有機場巴士，很方便，總體來說這次出行很好，很不錯

I am posting this regarding what this hotel did to my husband, I have plans to post more reviews on his account and family if the owner does not respond and do the godly and right thing and respond and fix this. On June 12th 2024 my husband had a booking with this hotel that he booked with his south west points. He was flying in late and Called the hotel just a few hours prior to his arrival that he would be in at a certain time due to his flight being delayed. He was assured that there was no worries and his room is confirmed and they “hope he has a safe flight”. After he ubered to the hotel he was told that his room was sold! Not to mention 2 others in the lobby speaking with staff as their room was oversold as well. My husband was calling and walking around until 3 in the morning trying to find an hotel with openings he could get into. Things happen this isnt even the worst part. This hotel is REFUSING to let south west get our points back. 11,800 points that took 2 years to save up just GONE. All because the hotel wants to lie and say he was a “no show” and are denying they over booked at all. So not only was he put in a dangerous situation and having to walk around at 3am trying to find a hotel to sleep at for the night but they are also choosing to lie and keep our points. He didnt stay there because YOU guys over booked, why not just let him have his points back??? This place is just run by scum that has no remorse or sympathy for what they have done, I thank the universe he did not have our children with him during his trip as im sure this hotel wouldnt care putting kids on the street as well.

Airport Shuttle -- they do NOT have one. I have not stayed there, but I just called as I needed a hotel room with airport shuttle and they do not have that. The shuttles they do have are to local Tampa attractions and not to the airport. I spoke with Barbara (I think that was her name) on 7/7/2024 who answered the phone at Hampton's front desk. I had called to check that they could take me at an early hour, but she told me they do not have an Airport Shuttle at all, regardless of the hour. This is paraphrased as I can't recall exact wording. They were professional and precise, which I appreciated.
