Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Truly. The couch bed in our suite was very painful and uncomfortable for the person sleeping on it, and it caused irreparable chaos within our friend group. This was after Ro told us on the phone before booking that the couch bed was very comfortable (obv trying to make a sale, I realize now). We spoke to multiple staff, namely Susan, who literally did not care at all and offered no solutions beyond giving extra blankets. Everyone was rude and I would never stay here again if you paid me. I literally never leave bad reviews but damn this whole experience was so odd. And also they are super stingy about late checkouts, the most we could get was 30 minutes late after begging. TL;DR: If you won't need the couch bed and don't care about staff being nice, you're fine to stay here for a night. Otherwise, get an airbnb on the island.
