"It's nice to go up and watch the sunset over Osaka Castle. If you want, you can wait until all the lights of the night view buildings are lit up, which will be even better. After buying the ticket, there seems to be a coffee shop where you can buy some food and drinks to fill your stomach. The matcha waffles are very popular. When I went there at 4 pm, they were sold out."

"I visited on a weekend at night. There’s a park near the building where you can get great shots of the tower. It was somewhat crowded but you can still get good shots of the city, and there is always plenty of themed photo spots around the tower. The elevator ride up was also one of a kind. Quite worth it to obtain a bird’s eye view of Osaka."
