  • There are many types of celebrations that we have in IVS, but the ones we love the most are birthday celebrations 🎁🎈 From celebrating birthdays among colleagues with food and drinks, taking a paid leave to spend it with your family, or having a party to celebrate the birthday anniversaries of Branch Offices, one thing is for sure - we like to mark this special moments. So, let us celebrate one of the biggest moments in IVS, our 5th birthday anniversary!   • Before starting our well-deserved vacation, we took a special moment to look back at the year almost behind us and to cheer to the year ahead of us. The agenda of the event was short and sweet, our CEO Andrea Rigamonti shared a view of 2024 and the strategy for 2025, after which we introduced two new members of IVS family - Gabriele Iacovone & Mladen Kojić. The business part of the event was wrapped up with a video that colleagues from all branches made sharing their holiday wishes, and the rest of the night was filled with laughs, good food and great dance moves.  We wish to all of you happy holidays! ✨

  • Holidays are all about family and at IVS we encourage family moments. This year we decided to organize our first KIDS@WORK event, where we invited children of all ages to come and spend an afternoon with their parents at their work place. Apart from hanging out, board games and some sweets, we organized fun activities such as AI Pictionary & Face Painting. For those who wanted a little bit extra, there were two workshops – LabZab Christmas Box with great guidance from Laboratorij zabave and Mini Minecraft Creature in association with Algebra.   To further celebrate and support our parent employees in Croatia, we offer a range of benefits designed to make parenting a little easier such as:   👶 Allowance for childbirth/adoption/becoming a foster parent 🏫 Corporate kindergarten in Zagreb 📚 Day off for the first day of school 🕒 Working half-time after the maternity/paternity leave ⌛ Flexible working hours 🎉 ISBD children events   Thank you to everyone who participated and made this day one to remember. 👨👩👧👦❤️

  • We are happy to share that we stared the Christmas season in the best possible way – participating in the corporate volunteering for the third year in a row. This year we dedicated our time and efforts to make a meaningful difference by serving food for the homeless community in public kitchen „Sveti Duh“ in Zagreb. It was not just an opportunity to give back, but also a chance for us to bond and grow as a team.   • One of the conference that our colleagues had the opportunity and pleasure to attend was Web Summit 2024 in Lisbon. With more than 70,000 attendees they gained insight to latest technological trends and innovations. A record of 2,750 startups, great speakers and 1,000-plus investors made this one of the most impactful global tech events! Hot topics this year included artificial intelligence, cyber security, fin-tech, gaming, competition and more, with some of the biggest names in the industry turning up to share their insights and words of wisdom with attendees. Web Summit see you next year. ✔😎

    Puno se očekuje od voditelja i menadžera, to svi već znamo. Njihova je uloga usmjeriti tim na realizaciju poslovnih planova i ciljeva, očekuje se da razmišljaju strateški, ali i o provedi. Ne manje bitna je briga o razvoju članova tima, o njihovim potrebama i ambicijama, a nikako se ne smije zaboraviti da vode računa o dobrobiti tima i o pozitivnoj atmosferi. Puno je to loptica s kojima treba žonglirati. Srećom pa postoje načini kako si to možemo olakšati😊 I upravo to je tema programa razvoja liderskih vještina koju Sanja Petek Mujačić provodi za Intesa Sanpaolo International Value Services i njihove menadžere iz Hrvatske i Srbije. Kroz iskustveni i interaktivni rad razgovaramo kako mogu, primjenjujući aktivno slušanje i empatiju, angažirati svakog člana tima. Dođe li do neslaganja u mišljenjima, kako mogu riješiti situaciju asertivnom komunikacijom. A kroz kontinuirani #feedback dodatno osnažiti pojedince, graditi kulturu u kojoj svi imaju glas.   • For the third year in a row, Intesa Sanpaolo IVS had the privilege of connecting with talented students at the Faculty of Organization and Informatics in Varaždin. We enjoyed meeting many students at our booth, where our colleagues Vanja Stanišić and Danijela Radelić from HR discussed career opportunities, while Adis Subašić answered IT-related questions. Our booth also featured some exciting gadgets! 💼💻📱 A big thank you to Ana Stefulj and Aldo Mancini for leading a hands-on workshop on our core HR application, showcasing the real-life applications of HR technology. Career weeks like these are an incredible opportunity for students to get to know us better.   • It’s always great to hear from our colleagues experiences from conferences – such as new trends, great lectures but also what is the real focus in upcoming years.   Mario Dugandzic & Ivan M. participated on the #hustef2024 conference in Budapest and shared with us that AI seems to have been relegated to the background. It's there, it's talked about, but now it's like it's part of everyday life. It is no longer "hype" like a year ago.   Accordingly, the best lectures were not about AI but again about people, our mistakes, our testing experiences, our management problems.   Alex Schladebeck was talking about one goal that she set for herself in addition to all those corporate goals that we often see at presentations - "stay sane", a reminder that there are successful companies in which top-notch work is done but with a complete digital shutdown after working hours. Don’t forget "all departments are responsible for quality", which was a great opening from Ruben Fernandez.

    #hustef2024 konferencija u Budimpešti imala je dašak retro-a. AI kao da je potisnut u drugi plan. Tu je, o njemu se priča ali sad kao da je dio svakodnevice. Više nije "hype" kao prije godinu dana u Berlinu. U skladu sa tim najbolja predavanja nisu bila ona o AI-u već opet o ljudima, našim greškama, našim iskustvima u testiranju, našim problemima upravljanja. Od Alex Schladebeck kradem jedan cilj koji si je zadala uz sve one korporativne ciljeve koje često vidimo na prezentacijama - "stay sane", od Kris Nordstroma podsjetnik da postoje uspješne firme u kojima se radi vrhunski posao no s potpunim digitalnim isključivanjem nakon radnog vremena te za kraj prezentacijski opener Rubena Fernandeza "za kvalitetu su odgovorni svi odjeli". Budimpešta - prekrasan grad burne povijesti vidljive na svakom koraku, s odlično riješenim javnim prijevozom (uz nevjerojatnu količinu kontrolora - gotovo je nemoguće napraviti rutu bez da ih sretnete - Ivan M. i ja smo prestali brojati nakon dvadesetprve kontrole u dva dana 😆) i naravno najbitnije - grad u kojem nisu zaboravili kako se radi ukusna domaća hrana (Goulash ✅ , Langos ✅ , Kürtőskalács ✅). Na fotki Ivan M. i moja malenkost pokušavamo ući u kožu prezentera i osjetiti pozornicu jer nikad se ne zna kad će doći naših 30 minuta za ispričati sve zgode i nezgode iz svakodnevnog posla pred širom publikom✅ #hustef2024 #testconference #budapest

  • At Intesa Sanpaolo International Value Services, we believe that a thoughtfully designed workspace can inspire creativity and bring people together in meaningful ways.   At our recent breakfast event celebrating the refurbishment of our Zagreb office, our CEO, Andrea Rigamonti, highlighted the value of personal connections, noting that these shared experiences in the office help strengthen collaboration and encourage proactive teamwork. As the saying goes, "Great things in business are never done by one person. They're done by a team of people."   We enjoyed some of the city's finest pastries — from savory prosciutto and basil sandwiches to irresistible pistachio cruffins. The perfect mix of sweet and savory made the morning even more special.

  • At the beginning of June, we held our third Managerial Event in Opatija, bringing together our managers and IT managers and CIOO’s from 11 international banks we serve with application development services. 🌍 We were very happy to invite two guest speakers: Giuseppe Stigliano, Ph.D., Professor of Marketing at UCL, discussed the future of digital strategies in times of uncertainty stressing out that growth opportunities arise from navigating that uncertainty. He spoke about the change that is happening with AI era where for the first time a non-human entity is ‘creating and learning’ – a shift from the past focus on blue-collar jobs. Furthermore, he shared with us an action plan how companies can leverage and prepare for this change letting us know that it is crucial to Build a Company to Adapt. Not to last. Robert Kopal, Ph.D., Assoc. Prof., engaged all the participants in a Workshop with the aim on enhancing mutual collaboration and planning for the future, highlighting the critical role of seamless communication in corporate success using the well-known "6 Thinking Hats" technique and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). 🤝 We are looking forward to the future managerial events and the good practices to be continued.
