At Mplus, our people are our greatest strength. We are proud to see our employees actively engage in community work across the group, having launched over 30 such initiatives this year, all met with incredible enthusiasm from our teams. Building on this spirit, we decided to connect our 2024 Engagement Survey with an opportunity to give back. With 5,600 responses collected from 12 countries, each response not only provided valuable insights to enhance our workplace but also contributed €1 to support Child Helpline International to support their mission of helping children and young people in need worldwide. Inspired by the impact of this initiative, we're taking it a step further by increasing the total donation to EUR 10,000. This initiative builds on the meaningful work we began last year with the Hrabri telefon (Brave phone) NGO, a member of Child Helpline International, and reinforces our commitment to ensuring that no child is left unheard. 💡 Internally, we’re using the survey results to develop action plans that drive meaningful improvements for our employees. 🤝 Externally, we’re amplifying the voices of children who need our support the most. We took part in the most cheerful race in town – the Zagreb Advent Run! This was our fourth participation and the first under the BOSQAR INVEST brand, which brings together all our business verticals and companies within our dynamic and diverse group.
