Has the Croatian Business Delegation to Riyadh managed to impress the Saudi Market?   Our CTO, Mario Mrljic Mrljić, participated in the CroBizDel to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia this week. This initiative, driven by the members of the organisational team, primarily Željko Hanžek, Zoran Segic and Aco Momcilovic, aimed to explore and strengthen business ties between Croatia and Saudi Arabia, particularly in the technology sector.   During the visit, members of the delegation engaged in bilateral meetings at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center, discussing opportunities in digital learning solutions, innovative financial technologies, smart automation, software development, IT services, data analytics, and more. This initiative aligns with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, which seeks to transform the nation into a global technology hub.   For Neos, this was an opportunity to showcase our expertise to a market that is rapidly investing in digital transformation. Last Friday, we gathered for NeosDay 2025 – a day dedicated to reflection, strategy, and setting the course for an even stronger year ahead. 2024 was a year of success – built on teamwork, impactful projects, and continuous growth. In 2025, we’re taking it further with: - New goals focused on productivity, efficiency, and international expansion. - Optimized internal structure – launching a PMO office to streamline project management and a DevOps team to drive best practices across all teams. - A stronger commitment to sports, education, and wellbeing initiatives. We also explored CloudVane’s 2025 roadmap, focused on continuous improvements to ensure it remains a trusted solution for enterprises managing complex multicloud environments.
