RockTech NeXus at Infobip Shift Conference 2024 – Day 1 Highlights! Day 1 at the Infobip Shift Conference in Zadar was an exciting and productive day for RockTech NeXus! We had the privilege of participating in a panel discussion, where we shared our journey as a deep-tech startup and the innovative solutions we’re bringing to the mining, tunneling, and geotechnical engineering sectors. Here are some of the key points we covered during the panel: 🔹What technology are we working on, and where are we in terms of development? We introduced our software solution for tunnel construction, an advanced tool that analyzes and predicts stress distribution in underground structures. This technology aims to provide geotechnical engineers with precise data to enhance safety and decision-making. We're currently in the final stages of development and preparing for market deployment, working closely with industry leaders to ensure a smooth launch. 🔹What were the main challenges when starting our deep-tech journey?   We shared our experience of the early obstacles, from securing funding to finding the right partners and building credibility in a niche market. Starting a deep-tech company is not easy, but we've made significant strides with determination and key collaborations. 🔹How can the Croatian and international deep-tech ecosystems support us? We emphasized the need for more accessible investment opportunities, stronger networks, and mentorship programs. A more connected and supportive ecosystem would be instrumental in helping deep-tech startups like ours thrive and innovate even further. We also touched on other important aspects of our journey, including the unique challenges deep-tech startups face and how Nuqleus has been a vital partner in helping us get to where we are today.
