What a time we had at this year's Solutions in Chemistry! 🥳   It has been a memorable week - from our Altium Pub quiz where we had a lot of fun to the insightful Future Is Coming panel discussion moderated by our Ines Topalović Piteša.   For a period of five days, we were treated to great lectures, great conversations, and great networking. Na međunarodnoj znanstvenoj konferenciji "Solutions in Chemistry 2024", održanoj od 11. do 15. studenog 2024. u Svetom Martina na Muri, aktivno su sudjelovali studenti završnih godina Sveučilišta u Zagrebu Fakulteta kemijskog inženjerstva i tehnologije. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/djahs8yP Naši studenti pridonijeli su konferenciji na kojoj je sudjelovalo blizu 𝟐𝟎𝟎 𝐬𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐤𝐚 iz 𝟏𝟖 𝐳𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐣𝐚 kroz razne aktivnosti – neki kao volonteri, dok su drugi predstavljali svoje istraživačke radove u sklopu posterske sekcije. Ova prilika omogućila im je da predstave svoje ideje i radove pred znanstvenom zajednicom te da steknu vrijedna iskustva i vještine potrebne za buduću karijeru. Fakultet kontinuirano motivira i podržava svoje studente da sudjeluju na konferencijama, ne samo kako bi proširili svoja znanja već i kako bi se povezali s kolegama iz drugih institucija, potencijalnim mentorima i poslodavcima. Ovakva iskustva ključna su za njihov profesionalni razvoj i gradnju mreže poznanstava u znanstvenom i industrijskom okruženju. Ponosni smo na naše studente i njihovu proaktivnost te im želimo puno uspjeha u budućim izazovima i projektima, konferencijama i drugim događanjima!

Last week, I had the chance to volunteer at Solutions in Chemistry which was an unforgettable experience! Besides the amazing lectures held by leading scientists, what made it even more special were the incredible people I worked with every day. From sharing laughs between sessions to supporting each other through busy moments, this team turned the conference into something truly memorable. Last week I was in Sveti Martin na Muri at the Solutions in Chemistry Conference. Although I was there only for two days I had a lot of fun and met some new and interesting people. I was also one of the co-authors of the poster my friend Lara Štorga participated with. Looking forward to next year!

Last week I was in Sveti Martin na Muri at the Solutions in Chemistry Conference. I was a volunteer there for the week but I was also a participant with my poster: “Evaluating task-solving efficiency in chemistry and chemical engineering using large language models (LLMS)”. I would like to thank the Croatian Chemical Society (Hrvatsko Kemijsko Društvo) for the opportunity to be a part of the volunteer team, and especially my mentor Mestrovic Ernest for being my support.
