Thanks to the invitation of Professor Ivana Ivančić I had the pleasure of being a guest lecturer to the students of Fakultet za menadžment u turizmu i ugostiteljstvu Sveučilišta u Rijeci. It was a unique opportunity to showcase our beautiful and unique project, boutique hotel The Isolano. As a first Autograph Collection hotel in Croatia and first Internationally branded hotel Marriott International on Croatian islands, it represents a significant milestone as we are writting the history. This experience allowed me to highlight to the students the beauty and importance of the concierge role in the hospitality industry and luxury hotels and to represent our Les Clefs d'Or® International organization, detailing all the requirements, commitment, knowledge, and passion that leads to become it's proud member. 🗝🗝 “It's the little things that make the big things possible.
