SuexecUserGroup 지시어는 CGI 프로그램이 사용할 사용자와 그룹을 설정한다. CGI가 아닌 요청은 계속 User 지시어로 지정한 사용자가 처리한다. 이 지시어는 아파치 1.3에서 VirtualHost 안에 사용한 User와 Group 지시어를 대체한다.
