🔹 EELISA Executive Board Meeting – Budapest Recap 🔹
This week, Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME) hosted the first onsite #EELISA Executive Board Meeting of 2025, bringing together key institutional leaders to reflect on 2024, set priorities for 2025, and strengthen collaboration across the Alliance.
📌 Parallel Sessions – While the Executive Board convened, the Staff Representatives Meeting took place on Day 1.
📌 Leadership & Representation – The Executive Board meeting was welcomed by Andras Nemeslaki (Vice-Rector for International Affairs, BME), Janos Levendovszky (Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation, BME), and Gergely Zaránd (Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs, BME). Later, Hassan Charaf (Rector, BME) delivered the closing remarks for Day 1, reflecting on BME’s role in the Alliance and ongoing institutional developments.
📌 Student Representation – Sonia-Maria Maer (UNSTPB) represented the EELISA Student Council at the Executive Board, while Dóra Eszter Baranyai (BME) and Milán Nemoda (BME) participated as student attendees from the hosting institution.
