🌿 Moxy Budapest Downtown: Sustainability in focus 🌿 We’re proud to share that the Marriott Moxy Budapest Downtown hotel is set to be Europe’s second Moxy hotel to achieve BREEAM Excellent certification - and the first in Hungary to receive full certification, not just on a design-level. This project represents a key milestone in sustainable hospitality across the region. We're taking significant steps to reduce our environmental impact, including: 🌞 Solar panels to reduce the building’s carbon footprint; ♻️ Usage of recycled and environmentally friendly materials in the construction; ♻️ Selective waste collection during construction, sorting materials into four categories to enhance recycling; 🌿 Green rooftop spaces and a fully sustainable courtyard to promote biodiversity and improve energy efficiency; 💡 Energy-efficient systems throughout the building. This landmark acquisition further strengthens Forestay Group’s position as a developer and investor, as we prepare to execute a significant redevelopment project aimed at transforming the property into a dynamic accommodation concept. The acquisition was made by Recorde Forestay Highstreet Hotel & Residence Real Estate Fund, which is managed by Recorde Fund Management, a subsidiary of Concorde Csoport.
