  • Over the last few weeks we have introduced you our popular asset management platform SHOPRIME with it’s main modules and features. Let us summarise once again what these are exactly:   With BOOK module we can easily compile our campaign lists using a wide range of filtering criteria and forget about manual Excel sheets forever.   MEDIA module which handles the key visuals belonging to our assets, has a built-in quality control and approval process which contributes to that only creatives meeting specific criteria can be uploaded and approved for our campaigns.   With LOOP digital signage tool we can quickly compile playlists, and automatically stream video content on our digital assets.   APPS make our campaign management easier as we can keep track of our tasks related to the start and end date of our campaigns and we are able to update our database at anytime.   And finally thanks to the REPORTING and DASHBOARD functions any information, statics and report about our campaigns or asset park are available immediately and in real-time which is a must for efficient campaign management.     Exporting, evaluating and returning the data to your team, clients collected during a given campaign, is essential in the life of a company, that's why we created our customizable reporting function.   Let’s see how our reporting function can help you in your daily work as you can easily carry out the following activities with it: - check useful statistics about the booking information - monitor the available asset park and periods - download reports about the statistics - plan the communication more effectively based on availability information - check information about periods in the past, present and the future as well   Also various diagrams are available for print and digital assets as well, like Pie chart or Bar chart, and you can download the content of these charts in Excel or CSV.   Hope you enjoyed this week's topic, we'll cover another interesting theme next time.   Your Proworx Team

  • For the last couple of weeks we have been gathering information in and around Shoprime which was really fun to do. To go beyond the booking procedure itself, Shoprime supports its users with Dashboard opportunities for reviewing the assets of the network in 3 different approaches: Campaign overview: campaigns of a certain period can be listed and all the related units and/or their assets are accessible Unit view: all campaigns in each unit and all the allocated assets can be displayed one by one depending on the specific period Asset availability: we can drill down from unit level to the asset inventory and see the status of availability Our inital aim has always been to assist those ones who are in charge of processes mostly done in a manual way.   • This week, let us introduce our two applications which are closely linked to Shoprime’s platform:   Setup app helps you to create and update the asset database of the system. The app makes it easy to add communication assets to the system in the right asset type, in the right zone and in the right unit. With the help of this application every asset gets a unique ID in the system for identification purpose, and this ID will be labeled on every asset by a sticker.   POP app helps with the placement and removal tasks that are connected to your campaigns, for guiding the doing of these tasks. Connected to the start and end date of your campaigns, the system generates placement and removal tasks, so you will get accurate information in the app about what kind of campaign has to be placed or removed to/from where, when and with what kind of creative.   • Thanks to digitalisation, digital marketing tools are playing an increasingly important role in our daily life. Just think about how many marketing assets we are surrounded by on our way to work or while we are shopping. That’s why we have created LOOP, our digital signage tool to make it easier for our customers to manage and drive digital assets booked through the Shoprime platform. The module compiles playlists, and automatically streams video content from Shoprime’s media library, extracting related booking information. The creation of your campaign playlists is really easy and user-friendly which can be displayed in the simpliest way, you only need smart TV’s and internet connection / web browser.   • Here we go again with some of the good to knows around Shoprime. What did we learn of so far? Question: How can large networks manage their communication assets? Answer: Shoprime Question: How can large networks manage their booking procedures instead of Excel? Answer: Shoprime And now comes the question. How can large networks manage their key visuals once they commenced a campaign booking? Answer is still Shoprime. Shoprime MEDIA module handles and saves the media content for every asset. Once there is new content uploaded quality check starts, testing the format and size. Only faultless materials are going to be passed. Each allocated media content shall be approved by an authorized person. This way the company can be sure that all the materials meet its requirements. Easy!   • Previously we briefly introduced our flagship product Shoprime, now let us continue our journey with one of its modules.   It is easy to create and oversee campaigns with Shoprime BOOK module. Special filters are supporting the precise sorting of assets and campaigns. When it comes to booking, we just have to filter out those touch points we are interested in, no matter if we search for certain types of locations or assets. It is sure, there are no clashes with other campaigns. We get constantly informed about the current status of the settings, and there are many options to fine-tune the asset mix based on quantity or media value. When it comes to managing owned inventory, Shoprime provides a real-time overview of available or booked assets within the chosen period. It is possible to sort by partners, asset types, or campaigns, and besides this, we can filter out the group of un-sold communication surfaces.
