Three years ago, Putin’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine fundamentally altered Europe's security landscape, marking the largest military assault on our continent since World War II. 💪 In the face of this savage assault, Ukrainians continue to defend their country and way of life with unparalleled ingenuity and courage. They have shown that with the right support they can resist Putin’s barbarism. 🤝 The UK has been at the forefront of this support from day one. 🇬🇧 Welcoming future diplomats! 🌍 We recently hosted students from the IDSA - International Diplomatic Student Association of Corvinus University of Budapest, giving them a closer look at the work of the British Embassy. After a warm welcome from Deputy Head of Mission Andrew Davidson, Second Secretary Leslie Hayler provided insights into the United Kingdom’s diplomatic work and international engagement.
