Our client Kredivo, part of Kredivo Group, returns with a report about paylater. In partnership with Katadata Insight Center, the "Indonesian Paylater User Behavior Report 2024" - a continuation of the "Indonesian E-commerce Consumer Behavior Report," which focused on e-commerce shopping trends and Paylater users since 2020 - shares interesting facts about paylater. This year's findings reveal that paylater is gaining popularity across all age groups and regions, being used for a variety of needs. Moreover, the report also highlights that paylater is now a favored payment option not just for online shopping but also for offline purchases, with offline shopping transactions in 2023 using paylater soared by an impressive 169% compared to the previous year.
