We select our suppliers carefully, always trying to source locally, to minimize transport. Consolis aims to get Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) for all products, most importantly from our cement and steel suppliers. EPDs make it possible to interpret and measure the climate impact of our suppliers’ products. At Consolis, we are addressing climate challenges with the conviction that precast concrete can become a net-zero emissions building material. We have identified six key areas where Consolis can make the most valuable contribution to reducing climate impact and are committed to working diligently within all of them.     We are delighted to announce the successful completion of the first-ever cross-river jacking project with RCCP in Indonesia!   We are proud to have been part of this journey by designing and supplying Bonna jacking pipes (RCCP-J) for the Segment Pondok Kopi SPAM Regional Jatiluhur 1 Downstream System DKI Jakarta Project. One specific part of the project involved cross-river jacking works using Bonna RCCP ND1800 installed by microtunneling.   The jacking installation, spanning about 105 meters, was completed at a depth of 18 meters beneath the riverbed. Thanks to the strength, watertightness, and reliability of the Bonna Pipe, the installation was successfully completed in less than a month without any issues!   The next step involved welding and testing using the efficient and simplified Bonna S-L Jointing System. This was followed by applying mortar joint protection to enhance corrosion resistance and ensure a smooth finish for excellent hydraulic flow characteristics, minimizing head loss. And finally, the process concluded with the success of the hydrotest!   This project demonstrates the effectiveness, strength, stability, and resilience of Bonna pipes for jacking installation, even in the face of technical complexities.   • Milestone Achieved: Successful Completion of Supply and Delivery for Amman Mineral Batu Hijau CCPP-1 project! We are thrilled to share that Bonna Indonesia has successfully completed the scope of work for the supply and delivery of RCCP pipes and special fittings for Batu Hijau Combined Cycle Power Plant 1 (BHCCPP-1) project!   This significant milestone of supplying and delivering a total volume of 2,483 m3 representing 621 of RCCP pipes and special fittings from internal diameter 600mm to 1500mm, marks a testament to our team's dedication, expertise, and unwavering commitment to deliver exceptional solutions!   💡 Key Highlights: ・Provided a complete range of services from design, supply, logistic and transportation. ・High ratio of tailor-made solutions with any design from simple to complex: almost 50% of the total project consist of special fittings. ・Part of Bonna piping system supplied is installed above ground with Bonna Thermal Movement Joints. ・High variety of diameters: ND600 mm, ND700 mm, ND900 mm, ND1000mm, ND1100 mm, ND1500 mm.   We are proud to have contributed to this expansion project of 450 MW Gas Energy Combine Cycle Power Plant, which is three times larger than the initial existing power plant and will be operated using sustainable mining practices as a critical step to lower CO2 emission.   #WellBuiltForWellBeing #Bonnapipe #concretepipe #pressurepipe #RCCP #specialfittings

    Do you really know what is our core product RCCP ? RCCP also often called Bonna Pipe stands for Reinforced Concrete steel Cylinder Pipe, invented by a French engineer, Mr. Aimé Bonna, in 1894! This pipe material is the optimum combination of steel and concrete characteristics to resist both specific internal and external pressures and loads as well as ensuring complete long-lasting protection against carried fluids and its environment for centuries to come. RCCP is made of a steel cylinder embedded into external reinforced concrete and inner concrete. After jacking operations, the end rings are already fitted together and ready for welding after cleaned from any stain.
