On November 4, 2024, GovTech Procurement incollaboration with LKPP successfully held a socialization and hands-on technical assistance session on creating INAPROC accounts for Ministries/Agencies. This session was attended by Ministries/Agencies that are part of the pilot project for the Electronic Catalog Version 6.0. Direct technical guidance was provided by GovTech Procurement team to the involved agencies to ensure smooth onboarding and user readiness for the INAPROC platform. With ongoing efforts to drive digital transformation, we hope the procurement process will become more transparent, efficient, and accountable. #GovTechProcurement

Recently, LKPP, in collaboration with GovTech Procurement Telkom, Ministry of Maritime Affairs & Investment and other ministries, successfully conducted “Sosialisasi dan Rapat Koordinasi Akselerasi Penggunaan Katalog Elektronik Versi 6.0”. Led by Deputy Coordinating Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, the discussion was focused on strategic initiatives priorities, including expediting payments for LS KL and UP/LS PD before payment deadlines, daily synchronization among ministries, and improving accounts and product catalogues. With over 100,000 products currently available, the goal is to exceed previous achievement, which is more than 10 million products. The meeting also aimed to ensure that all Ministries/Agencies and Regional Governments (KL/PD) will be able to start to utilize the Katalog V6 by December 20, 2024. A commitment charter was also provided to ministries and provincial governments participating in the piloting of Katalog V6. This event marks our step forward in propelling digital transformation by fostering a more effective, efficient, and transparent government procurement process. #GovTechProcurement

Earlier this week, the P3DN Phase VIII business meeting took place on September 17-18, 2024, under the theme “Membangun Ekosistem Ekonomi Digital untuk Produk Lokal.” The Ministry of Communication and Information, together with the Ministry of Agriculture, organized the event as a platform to further explore the opportunities for domestic products. The event aims to open up access, opportunities, and partnerships between domestic product entrepreneurs and the government as potential buyers. According to the Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Investment of the Republic of Indonesia, Luhut Pandjaitan, through this P3DN Business Meeting, trillions of transactions between the government and domestic product entrepreneurs need to occur. He also highlighted that digitalization, which is currently being developed intensively through the Electronic Catalog, could be the key solution to boosting domestic product purchases, eliminating corruption, and reducing state expenditures. To achieve these objectives, LKPP and GovTech Procurement have partnered to further develop Electronic Catalog Version 6 and the PDN Platform Dashboard, aimed at monitoring government spending and promoting domestic product growth. With 9.4 million items already listed and the number still growing, the Electronic Catalog has become a driving force behind P3DN, enhancing procurement efficiency, transparency, and strengthening the local industry. Through these initiatives, we are committed to continuously enhancing and digitizing the platform, supporting the government in building a stronger digital ecosystem for local products. #GovTechProcurement

Live testing of the Electronic Catalog V6 has been successfully completed!
