Institut Riset Sosial dan Ekonomi (INRISE)

The Institute for Social and Economic Research (Inrise) is an independent research organization in the social, political and economic fields, which focuses on research and studies both in observing the development of community dynamics, as well as policies that are directly in touch with social life. These social, political and economic problems are studied in relation to the dynamics of policies from various parties, including the government, corporations, financial institutiosn and development institutions (including development banks, donor agencies and various non-governmental organizations). The changing landscape of social progress and development have received responses from the state, business and society, through various channels, both formal and informal. Ocassionally, through these channels emerge breakthroughs and opportunities and social upheaval, albeit on many different levels. In line with current developments, Inrise has 3 (three) main themes namely: ( 1 ) National and local social politics, and economic development ( 2 ) Sustainable development ( 3 ) Global, regional and local governance
