📢 Joint Action Plan Workshop 2.0 For Youth-Led Organizations in Indonesia In June 2024, Inti Muda Indonesia, along with 20 other organizations, held a preparatory meeting to foster a meaningful collaboration among youth groups in Indonesia. The goal was to reconsider the role and practices of young people in the intersectional movement. To finalize the strategy and share the findings with stakeholders, Inti Muda Indonesia held the Joint Action Plan Workshop 2.0 for Youth Organizations in Indonesia on Friday, July 26, 2024, at the Goethe-Institut in Jakarta. The event was highly successful, with support from the German Embassy and attended by 34 representatives of young people from various issues in Indonesia. This event also garnered positive feedback from the German Embassy and yielded several key outcomes, such as: • A comprehensive joint action plan strategy developed by young people’s organizations in Indonesia • Commitment from stakeholders responding to the problems faced by young people based on the joint action plan strategy Going forward, this coalition will engage in collaborative efforts, including problem mapping, joint campaigns, joint advocacy, as well as joint capacity building. Last week, Ikka Noviyanti and I had the opportunity to represent Youth LEAD to attend and observe the Community-Led Monitoring (CLM) training by Inti Muda Indonesia for their 10 provincial secretariat. I believe increasing the capacity of young key populations (YKP) is the key to ensure the meaningful engagement of YKP in the HIV movement and intervention on multiple level, and CLM is not an exception. Distributing the power held by the communities to monitor the services they received is a big responsibility, and Inti Muda Indonesia had done an excellent job doing that. The first two days were filled with fun and practical learning experience, closed by a dialogue with the representative from UNAIDS Indonesia, Indonesia AIDS Coalition, and CLM-INA Task Force on the last day. It is heartwarming to be a part of this impactful training, knowing that YKP movement keeps growing better and stronger. Thank you so much, everyone!

Hello, Young People! This time, Agatha Syailendra Hamdan, as the Program Manager of Inti Muda Indonesia, had the opportunity to participate in the "Asia-Pacific CCM Youth Member's Regional Workshop." This event took place in Bangkok on September 4-5, 2023. Through this activity, the capacity of young people to meaningfully engage in Global Fund-related activities was enhanced. The event was attended by representatives of other young CCM (Country Coordinating Mechanism) members as well as young key populations actively involved in the Global Fund process from 15 countries in the Asia-Pacific region.
