Hi MEP's Engineer! Presently, we have an opening for a Planning Engineer with a background in MEP Data Centers. The following information is required: Role Description As Project Planner, you will assist in the planning and scheduling of all aspects of the data center construction project. You will work closely with the project team to develop project plans, identify critical paths, and manage project timelines. You will also be involved in monitoring project progress and identifying potential delays, and ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain the project plan and schedule, with a particular focus on the construction phase of the project - Use project management software such as Primavera P6 to develop and manage the project schedule, including the creation of Gantt charts, histograms, and other relevant project management tools - Work with the project team to identify and manage project risks, particularly those that may affect construction timelines or quality - Monitor and report project progress, identifying potential delays and proposing mitigation plans - Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure project timelines are met, and that construction work is carried out to the highest quality standards - Collaborate with the project team to resolve project-related issues, with a particular focus on construction-related issues - Provide regular project status reports to management and stakeholders, with a particular focus on construction progress and issues - Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, with a particular focus on construction quality and timelines - Support the project team in the management of project documentation related to construction activities. Requirements: - Proven experience in project planning and scheduling, with a particular focus on data centre construction projects - DC experience and an MEP background (with a mechanical bias) are essential for consideration. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, including the use of Primavera P6 and other relevant project management software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a particular focus on communication with construction contractors and vendors - Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a particular focus on construction-related issues - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a particular focus on construction project management - 5+ years' experience / demonstrate ability to develop and implement plans, monitor and control work - Fluency in Bahasa and English.
