As part of its GEDSI work, KIAT has designed a new Activity Promoting the Advancement of Women in Indonesia's Infrastructure Sector (PAVE). PAVE will work to improve opportunities for women in infrastructure to move into - and remain in - leadership and management roles. The Performance Manager role will be assisting the Team Lead and responsible for support in activity management and monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL). The role will be supporting activity and operations as well as developing and implementing a robust MEL framework aimed at advancing women's leadership in the infrastructure sector. Additionally, the Performance Manager will drive knowledge-sharing, uphold high standards of data quality, and ensure smooth operations of the activity in support of the Team Lead. Under its EOFO 2, KIAT supports preparation of infrastructure projects both for government funding and private financing under innovative financing schemes. This project preparation often includes the preparation of environmental and social assessments and management plans, to meet either regulatory, donor or other financier requirements. While the preparation of these assessments and plans is the responsibility of subcontractors, KIAT requires assistance to review the documentation. The AMDAL Reviewer will provide KIAT with comprehensive reviews of project-level environmental and social assessments and management plans for projects where KIAT supports project preparation.
