It was incredibly heartwarming to see so many passionate runners come together, showing their unity and support for empowered mothers 🌟 From parents running alongside their kids to siblings cheering each other on – this was more than just a race; it was a celebration of community and hope 💙 The Run to Smile by Seribu Senyum Foundation, sponsored by SalingJaga by Asuransi Kitabisa, is a fun run and charity event that was carried out to empower single moms by providing financial aid and job opportunities. There were at least 500 amazing runners that are protected by the Asuransi SalingJaga Kecelakaan Mikro, who came together not only to have fun but to make a real difference in the lives of single moms 🌸 Our CMO, Fahri Amirullah, shared how honored the team is to be part of this initiative. "It's not just about the run; it's about what we're all doing together – ensuring that these incredible women get the support they need and that everyone here is protected," he said 🙌 And this is just the beginning! After Surabaya, we're heading to Tangerang Selatan and Bandung, spreading this incredible movement across Indonesia. We can't wait to continue this journey and create lasting change, one step at a time 💫 A huge thank you to all the runners, volunteers, and partners for sharing this incredible journey with us. Your time, energy, and support truly make a difference. As a digital insurance company that is present at important moments of life, SalingJaga supports the empowered moms movement by being present and supporting the Inspire Mom 1st anniversary. Represented by our Chief Marketing Officer, Fahri Amirullah shared the stage with Yoga Arizona, the superb content creator, and Dita Caroline, the founder of Inspire Moms Community, talked about the role of millennial parents as the driving force of change for children as the next generation 👨👩👧👦 During the event, one discussion highlighted the importance of being financially independent and the need for family protection in today's digital era of uncertainty. Through this event, we also introduced our latest insurance product, 💫 Asuransi SalingJaga Kecelakaan Mikro 💫, a program to help each SalingJaga member when an accident occurs. We are very grateful to have participated in this event and met many wonderful moms who support each other. Once again, happy anniversary, Inspire Moms Community 🥳 Thank you for celebrating with us! ✨ Now launching: National Learning Recovery Program (NLRP) ✨ Earlier this month, the National Learning Recovery Program (NLRP) was launched as a strategic solution to address the decline in students' literacy and numeracy skills in Indonesia 🇮🇩 According to the 2023 Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA), Indonesia's education score reflects the urgency of change; it ranked 71st out of 81 countries. NLRP seeks to empower 13,000 students across 50 schools to improve literacy, numeracy, and character education. With the support of advanced technologies like AI, Machine Learning, and Augmented-Virtual Reality from Skolla EdTech, this program aims to make a significant impact on the quality of education in Jakarta and West Java 📚💡 Our Executive Director of Salam Setara Foundation, Ahmad Mujahid, said that Yayasan Salam Setara and Kitabisa are more than interested in providing equal access to designated and eligible schools so that the quality of our education improves, especially in numeracy literacy. We believe that the collaboration between schools, teachers, and parents is key to the success of Indonesia's education system. At Kitabisa, we highly value every employee, especially female employees and working moms. We have made several regulations so that women and mothers can continue working and caring for their families optimally. 💡 Some of the policies are: 🔹3,5 months of maternity leave and 5 days of paternity leave 🔹 Mom with a newborn baby is allowed to take a 2 years work-from-home (WFH) Those align with Kitabisa's sustainability policies, which support exclusive breastfeeding and WFH. Because of these policies, we can avoid 3,37 tons of CO₂ from plastic waste from breast milk bags and 12,2 tons of CO₂ from reduced office travel. Currently, 36% of leaders at Kitabisa are women, surpassing the national average of 28%. And hence, yesterday, we're honored to have received the SBM ITB ESG Awards' 💙 Anugrah Avirama Nawasena 💙 in the Organization & Work Culture, Diversity-Equity-Inclusion (DEI) Category 🎉 Kitabisa believes that good work policies are based on the real needs of employees, validated by data, and positively impact society and the environment. This is a small step from Kitabisa to create a more inclusive, equal, and sustainable future of work 🚀✨ We also believe that every small step can spark a greater movement. So, let's continue working together to build a future where work is fair, inclusive, and sustainable for all. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this journey. Here's to a brighter tomorrow! 🌟 And shoutout to the Doers for putting their love into these good work policies and making it happen: Vikra Ijas, Rebeka Artawati, Edo I., Merina Anindita, Tarry P., Dinny Fitria Rahmawati, Rizky Dharmawan, and all the PAC team members. #Kitabisa #ESGAwards #DEI #Diversity #Equity #Inclusion #Sustainability #WomenEmpowerment #WorkCulture #ESG #SDGs
