Internship Experience at Telkom Indonesia X Level Up Selama tiga bulan magang di Telkom Indonesia Kota Semarang memberikan pembelajaran dan pengalaman berharga dalam dunia kerja profesional, khususnya sebagai Jurnalistik & Content Creator. Saya berkesempatan mengelola media sosial Instagram dan TikTok, termasuk merancang desain feed dan reels, menulis copywriting, serta mendokumentasikan kegiatan Witel Semarang dan event terkait. Selain itu, saya terlibat dalam pembuatan short movie dan beberapa kali bertugas sebagai master of ceremony di pelatihan gabungan SMK dan kegiatan penyerahan DNA Sekolah. Pengalaman ini mengasah keterampilan saya dalam mengelola media sosial dan kreativitas dalam pengembangan konten. Program Level UP menjadi platform efektif untuk belajar dan berkembang. ✨ Internship Journey at Level Up by Telkom Indonesia ✨ Over the past three months, I had the privilege of joining Telkom Indonesia's Level Up Internship Program. This experience allowed me to step outside my comfort zone and introduced me to a culture that’s all about growth, innovation, and building up talent. It was a chance to explore a place where adapting and improving are key in everything we do. Throughout my internship, I gained valuable experience across Business Development, Shared Services, and Finance. I learned how to identify growth opportunities and support decision-making that drives business impact. I also developed skills in presenting ideas clearly and gained hands-on experience in planning and funding internal events. Achieving Double Milestones 💫🎉 I'm so thrilled to share a super exciting day! I was the Master of Ceremony for the Level Up August 2024 Batch Graduation Day on October 31st 2024, and guess what?
