Starting my career as a blue-collar worker while fighting for my bachelor's degree was no easy feat. 14 years and multiple industries later, I see every challenge as a stepping stone. One of a leader's most crucial responsibilities is to foster an environment where the team feels able and willing to share. True team building isn’t just about collaboration—it’s about creating a culture of trust, engagement, and enthusiasm for both seasoned professionals and new members. From working internationally with Holistics Data to now leading branding, corporate communication, and expansion for one of Indonesia’s top SaaS providers, Mekari, this journey has instilled in me resilience, adaptability, and a relentless drive to create meaningful opportunities for others.
