Putera Sampoerna Foundation (PSF) received an award from Balai Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan (BPMP) Gorontalo for its contributions in supporting quality education transformation in Indonesia. This award is a form of appreciation for PSF's consistent role in improving education quality, in alignment with the Merdeka Belajar policy. PSF’s collaboration with BPMP Gorontalo includes teacher and principal capacity development, online training, and expanding access to education. Alongside Ketapang, the Lighthouse School Program (LSP) is also being implemented at SD Perdana Sukamara in Central Kalimantan. The program includes teacher training, school management training, student interventions, and parent meetings. Running for two years, this program has brought about numerous positive changes for SD Perdana Sukamara, including notable student development and increased teacher creativity. The program has also received active support and involvement from the Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Sukamara. The Lighthouse School Program (LSP) has been implemented at SD Perdana Ketapang since 2022. Since its introduction, there have been significant changes, particularly in educational development, enhanced human resources, and a more structured and integrated school environment. The implementation of the Lighthouse School Program concluded in June at SD Perdana Ketapang, marked by a culmination event, which included the After School Program (ASP) Festival. During this festival, students showcased their talents in various activities, including scouting, pencak silat, and soccer. Looking ahead, it is hoped that the learning community at SD Perdana Ketapang will continue to carry out these activities regularly and independently. #PuteraSampoernaFoundation
