Strategies, Insights, and Growth: A Two-Day Workshop for Area Sales Managers 🤩 This February, Scarlett’s Area Sales Managers from various regions across Indonesia gathered at our Head Office in Jakarta for a two-day workshop focused on strategy, alignment, and growth. This workshop was designed to refresh their knowledge, set new targets, and prepare them to achieve even greater success in the year ahead. As Scarlett continues to grow, staying ahead requires adaptability, innovation, and a deep understanding of market dynamics. During the workshop, our sales leaders participated in interactive discussions, strategy sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to refine their approaches and strengthen their market insights. Beyond refreshing knowledge, the workshop served as a platform to align on Scarlett’s key sales targets for 2025 and ensure all teams are equipped to execute with clarity and confidence. Through in-depth planning, our Area Sales Managers explored new growth opportunities, strengthened cross-functional collaboration, and reinforced their commitment to achieving ambitious goals. At Scarlett, we believe that strong leadership and strategic alignment are key to sustainable success. Today marks my second anniversary at Scarlett Indonesia 2️⃣🌟🎉 Joining Scarlett Indonesia as my first full-time role will always be a decision for which I am deeply grateful. I still remember how nervous I was on my first day, but I quickly realized there was nothing to worry about. From day one, everyone made me feel welcome, and that warmth has surrounded me to this day. Over the past two years, I’ve been given the space to grow, innovate, and challenge myself in ways I never imagined. Not only have I learned so much about recruitment and employer branding, but here at Scarlett Indonesia, I have also developed into a #STARlett who is more agile, mature, and confident in my work. Every day brings new opportunities, and building the People Acquisition Team, where I have the privilege of working with Angelia Merianty, Ivanka R. A., Natalia Kusuma, Vanessa Stefani, and Marcella Angelia has been a true blessing. Together, we continuously refine our strategies, collaborate with hiring managers, and remain committed to identifying A+ talent that will contribute to the organization's growth, helping Scarlett become a place where everyone can thrive. Each time we see a hired #STARlett grow and shine brighter, it fills our hearts with pride and joy. I'm also incredibly grateful for the opportunity to contribute to Scarlett Indonesia's Employer Branding efforts and build the @lifeatscarlett account with Giska Nerissa Burhan. Over the past few months, it's been rewarding to see the impact of our work in introducing our amazing #STARletts and culture, and bringing #STARfolks closer to #LifeAtScarlett. Collaborating with the talented Beby Tsabina to promote Scarlett Perfume on TikTok was not only a fun and new experience, but also a great opportunity to showcase my acting skills in a fresh, creative way. Bringing this project to life through engaging content allowed me to step outside my comfort zone, while connecting with an amazing partner and a fantastic brand. It was a rewarding experience that challenged me to bring my best performance to the table, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the chance to explore new horizons in my acting career.
