Working as Technical Project Manager for In-house Delivery and Partnership project
Managed Project timeline to deliver project on time, on budget and within project scope
Doing internal and external coordination to make sure the project is delivered with high quality and best customer experience
Working closely and building relationship with the customer during the project planning and implementation phase
Manage customer satisfaction, commitment and expectations to high service levels and manage escalations adequately
Understand customer expectation
Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
Requirements:
Have Experience 3-5 year in managing Core Telco project delivery and 1-2 years experience as Core Telco Engineer
Having knowledge and experience in Digital Telco (Internet Point to point, Point to Multipoint, Broadband, secured internet, SDWAN, Radio Network, VSAT, PBX)
Ability to manage customer satisfaction, commitment and expectations to high service levels and manage escalations adequately
Industry Certification: Project Management (PMP, Price2 or PgPM)
This position required onsite (WFO)
