Role Description

This is a contract receptionist role located on-site in Denpasar. The Receptionist will be responsible for answering and transferring phone calls, greeting and assisting visitors, performing clerical duties, and providing excellent customer service.


Qualifications

  • Phone etiquette and Receptionist duties experience
  • Clerical skills and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • English is a must
