Ulasan Auckland Airport Kiwi Motel

Very happy with the room, its cleanliness and kitchen facilities. The restaurant was pretty pathetic though. Really let the whole thing down. Shower pressure wasn’t great.

I am very thankful got to stay at Airport Kiwi Motel as I left my bag on the yellow bus and reception gentleman helped me to track it back for me wothout missing anything. The room is spacious and cups and bowls with other kitchen items are very helpful and clean. just that i heard neighour room's noise like kids talking and adult snooring :D I will book again if i need to change flights in short days.

The services and food were excellent . Staff were friendly and helpful

Was a very basic room - hotel has no amenities on site - you get just your room- we had a broken toilet seat , light globe out and tv remote not working - was easy to get around from

Good for one night's stay. Heatpump didn't give us enough heat. Perhaps electric blanket during winter could be great

I just like Auckland Airport Kiwi Motel, use to stay there all the time i'm in auckland.

Room was nice and clean. Couldn't fault it in that repsect. Although, I arrived in the middle of the night and struggled when I got to my room to find the light switch on the complete opposite side of the room to the doorway. Perhaps leaving a light on for late arrivals would be helpful. Walls are terribly thin as at 5am I could hear the ladies in the room next door having a great old laugh while I was trying to sleep. Good location. Great price.

The restaurant food was good, and the room was really nice! The bed,so comfortable! The laundry room could use a bit of an upgrade but got the job done. Would def return.

If I could give no stars i would. Rokm 302. We left after the first night despite booking for 2 nights. Of main concern was the fact that the shower went from scalding hot to freezing cold without you touching it at all. I will be reporting this to worksafe. They knew my preschool daughter was with me and luckily I had a shower before her. She would have had scalding burns. It was not fit for purpose and was extremely dangerous! The whole place gives you the Eww vibes. The duvet inners were stained and had no covers. Just a sheet under & over them. No tee towel. No can opener! Never been to such a woefully unequipped motel such as this. After sleeping in that bed, not being able to shower it just stuffed up the whole weekend which was in celebration of my daughter's birthday. The heat pump sounded so loud and bad, other guests mentioned it. There is no sky as advertised. In fact it was not set up properly and was unwatchable. Yet they advertise sky channels. Its a lie. There are no places to hang any towels anywhere. There were dirty fingerprints everywhere. Rubbish under the beds, it really was revolting. You could not close the bathroom window from the inside due to no latch. You had to go outside and push it closed. It was an absolute dive and we felt like disinfecting ourselves after leaving. Worst motel I have ever stayed at. The hotel side looked just as bad. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
