The room is really nice and has the sauna in the room. It is really private but when showering you need to sit on the stool to ensure the opposite no one is looking at you

interesting balinese onsen ryokan. service was great, i couldn’t take raw food and my husband is allergic to prawns and they took notice for it and didn’t serve them during our half board meals (breakfast and dinner). the onsen water is certified to be natural and we could read the details of the certification from both the hotel reception and room toilet. the private in room open air onsen’s temperature can be adjusted as well. however the room’s shower’s door was not completely sealed and we found it very chilly to bathe even tho there was hot water supplied as the constant cold air from outside would come in. hope the hotel can take note of this and seal up the showering area’s door completely to prevent air from exchanging during shower. it’s a jap-balinese fusion hotel, pretty interesting concept. we drove during our trip around hakone area and be ready to navigate through very small and narrow roads while driving to this ryokan haha. really very narrow roads. hotel also requested for us to pass them the car key when we returned to the hotel, and to pass them the hotel key when we are heading out, which we found to be a little weird to be honest.

The Room was the same as pictures. It was big with a scenic mountain view. Dinner and breakfast served in our private dining room was also exquisite. The staff were also very welcoming and friendly.

Nice hotel but location was a bit difficult to find. Staff were nice. Hotel gave a more Bali vibe. Food was only average

Friendly staff that able to communicate by English. Close to station but recommend go by taxi, it only cost around ¥700. Food is awesome!!!

Good place for relaxing

設施還行，衞生也還可以，但服務真的一般，甚至能説差：酒店鋪床墊會少鋪一張，説好到店額外付款8800日元，最後變成離店需要付42000日元？？！我拿了酒店確認函後再説好像搞錯了，8800一晚？OK，我因為趕飛機沒時間，否則真的想跟酒店好好掰扯下。去酒店的路也是非常陡峭，需要上一個很陡很陡的坡，不會再選擇這家酒店了

這是我吃過的最難吃的温泉酒店，難吃到差點兒送走我！巨肥的和牛讓冷凍着吃，不知道是哪個**人士想出來的！這麼貴的酒店就給我吃這個？ 退房的時候讓幫忙叫個出租車，特意問了多久能到，因為要開會，需要15分鐘以後出發，對方説10分鐘左右才能到，我説那5分鐘以後你再打。結果服務員當時就打了，還説10分鐘以後就到，我就很崩潰了，結果3分鐘出租車就到了，催着我們手忙腳亂的上了車，結果落下了東西，都快開到了，服務員才聯繫出租車讓我們去取，導致車費直接翻倍！本身日本打車就貴，真是特別下頭！位置更好，服務很好，房間更好的酒店還比這個便宜得多！又是被割韭菜的一天！

此酒店在斜坡上，如果自己從跟本站推着行李過去，會非常辛苦。需要預料好路程。此酒店的電掣插頭非常不方便。房間裏的浴池不錯，但大眾浴池很一般。

對我來說這是史上最糟糕的一次體驗。無論是服務、清潔還是房間構造都全軍覆沒。我至今無法相信這居然是HKD 5000++ per night的酒店。 從入住開始就感覺不對勁。帶我們去房間的小哥可能是南亞裔或者印度裔，他的英語口音很重我們基本都聽不懂，我跟他說日語他也還是堅持繼續講英語。他全程背對著我們講話，介紹房間佈置的時候他都習慣性用手去碰。別的都算了，他還用手去碰我們房間的毛巾、浴衣、睡衣這些需要絕對衛生的用品。 圖1: 我們訂的是有露天風呂的房間，可是隨便往外一看就看到有人在水平視線大概10米遠的地方站著，我都能看到他的臉。而淋浴間和露天風呂之間只有一塊透明的玻璃，這意味著我們不僅無法安心泡湯，連洗澡都會有被看到的風險。 清潔方面也讓人很失望。 圖2-3: 床鋪的墊子上都是肉眼可見的霉點。 圖4-6: 房間的靠枕、睡衣、讓我們裝毛巾去浴場的籃子等都破破舊舊，能看到陳年污漬和用舊了的線頭。 圖 7-10: 房間裡也很多地方（比如水壺、窗台）都肉眼可見地蒙了一層灰塵，毛巾上還有不知道算是垃圾還是什麼的顆粒物。 我當下就馬上請Trip.com客服幫我反映情況和請求退款，可是酒店拒絕了。然後我又去找大堂經理協商，跟我協商的是一位年輕的日本男職員。我覺得當時還是比較溫和的，只是跟他說明了情況和給他看了照片，但他說我們已經入住了，他們也在準備晚餐了所以今天一定不能退款。我提出一人退一步只要求退明天的部分（因為我訂了兩晚），可是他跟他上司商量後還是拒絕了我的要求。 當時真的非常無奈，可是再三考慮後我們還是忍痛放棄了這HKD 11000++，重新在附近的天成園訂了兩晚。

以前來過箱根幾次，日式酒店都訂不到房。衹能通過篩選，被推了這家。這是我住過的最失望的一個酒店。難以置信一晚上要5k 人民幣。這是韭菜太好割了嗎？！ 攜程是怎麼會置頂這種酒店的？？

環境整潔。服務態度非常好，服務員介紹設施和房間時都非常仔細，房間比我想像中還要大。食物質素很好（都是我喜歡的口味）。只是位置上，由箱根湯本駅步行到酒店的路會斜坡，有大型行李會比較辛苦，不過可以在箱根湯本駅乘搭的士上去。
