The location is good and the breakfast is good

centrally based, just 5 min walk to railway, newish building, but noise and heat insulation are in dire need of improvement. air conditioning didn't work by 28 degrees outside and glass facade, not even a fan. trams are heard on the 8th floor as if a small plane is passing by, and that late into the night. Soap splashes on the door have not been cleaned for a while and beds are small, almost fell on the floor while turning. not coming to this hotel any time soon. on the positive side: minibar is well stocked with water for 8 euro and alcoholic beverages for partying if you want all night long

I have read a reviews and decided to booked Scandic Simonkentta for 3 nights . Overall, super upset ! They don't provide slippers and electric kettle for standard room. Meaning to say, they only provide service based on room size ! Such a basic requirement, request guest to pay extra cost for kettle ! Very ridiculous and disappointed. The standard room per night I booked is not cheap too ! First time encountered this problem! Anyway, there are many good location hotels nearby. So Scandi Simonketta is not a best. don't even provide a customer service provider. This is my first and last with very bad experience. Never book Scandi Simonketta again ! Thanks

The building and the hall looks ok. But the room was pretty dirty. Found a piece of broken glass under the sheet. The pillows smelt very greasy, even stinky. And there is only a bathtub instead of regular showering area, which is expected to be dirty, according to the hygiene of other area in the room. If we have reported perhaps the hotel would have changed the room, but we were too tired. Someone kept trying to open the room door in the morning, I suppose it was the janitor. And it's unreasonable, 'cause we did hang a don't disturb tag. Unpleasant stay.

Definitely will stay here again when visiting Helsinki. Just wondering why they don't provide at least a kettle for tea coffee in room, even a coffee mug they're not provided.

The hotel location is really good and just next to the mall and train station, there is a tram stop just in the outside of entrance. The reception was not helpful and not hospitable. The facilitation in the hotel room like telephone did not work. You needed to getdown stairs to report the issue. The AC and telephone did not work, i went downstairs to report to the reception, they said they would deal with it, but there was no one to fix it. Two stays there, no AC. The breakfast was great. I hope their staff really be well trained once they got an complaint from customer about their room.

距中央車站10分鐘步程，小教堂旁。酒店正門為1、2、9號電車站，交通極便。酒店設健身房，有毛巾、水機及洗手間。 房間面積適中，我們訂的三人間設有㚒萬及小型雪櫃，電源牆掣充足。可喜的是能提供每天清潔及更換毛巾，在北歐衆多性價比高的酒店是更難得的。 每天的早餐食物大同小異，種類不太多，但供應充足，且美味可口。酒店房間較多故客人也多，八時至九時是高峰期，或需等位。 酒店未能提供提早入住，但接受行李存放。前臺職員對答有禮，工作效率亦高。

セントラル駅からすぐ近く、スーツケースがありましたが、歩いてホテルまで行けました。朝食がとても美味しかったです！お部屋は綺麗でしたが、シャワーを浴びると洗面所とトイレが濡れてしまうのが少し不便でした。ですが、総じて快適な滞在でした！また利用したいホテルです！

Прекрасный завтрак,отличное расположение,приветливый персонал. Недостаток: шум трамвая. Тянет на 4*,но не более того!

헬싱키 여행으로 여러 호텔을 찾아봤는데 위치나 시설적으로 만족했습니다 헬싱키 역에서도 10분정도면 걸어갈수 있고 깜삐 예배당이 바로 앞에 있어 조식뷰가 깜삐예배당이에요 조식도 깔끔하고 맛있습니다 호텔 지하에 사우나가 있는데 가는길 안내가 잘 안되더 있어 그부분만 아쉽네요 사우나도 넓고 좋아요 방도 깨끗합니다
