Ulasan OZO Chaweng Samui

sekitar 10 menit berkendara dari bandara ke hotel. lokasi hotel bagus, dekat dengan plaza pusat & pasar malam chaweng sekitar 10-12 menit jalan kaki. jalan satu arah jadi tidak terlalu banyak mobil di sekitar. pantai juga kurang dari satu menit jalan kaki dari hotel. menginap di lantai 3 garden view. malam hari kami masih bisa mendengar musik tetapi tidak apa-apa, musiknya tidak terlalu keras sehingga kami tidak bisa tidur. pintu yang ditutup oleh tetangga memang memengaruhi tidur kami. mungkin pintu bisa ditutup dengan lembut. staf tata graha juga ramah, hanya saja kami tidak meminta tata graha setiap hari karena setelah tata graha pertama kami, seluruh kamar kami berbau tidak sedap, mungkin karena pel dan bahan pembersih yang digunakan yang menyebabkan bau tersebut.. sajian sarapannya sangat lezat, berbagai masakan internasional. stasiun telur dan mi hidup, makanan segera diisi ulang. jika Anda menginap di hotel sekitar pukul 2-4 sore, ada happy hour 1-1. kami juga memesan sandwich ayam, rasanya luar biasa. kolam renangnya juga bersih, banyak bangku pantai tersedia, handuk pantai juga tersedia.

Great pool, clean part of the beach, close enough to walk to lots of cafes and shops. We booked as a family on one booking but were told at check-in we would have to stay in separate areas of the hotel… this was very disappointing as we had requested rooms close together. Manager wasn’t that friendly when we asked to change room to be closer together. Most staff working at resort were friendly and it was clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Hi all, I booked 3 nights, only stayed 2 nights and moved on...why? After getting a room with a balcony, I'm told the entire property is NON SMOKING...fair enough....but...the buildings smelt of cigarette smoke, The very front and back of the property have a designated smoking area, but no weed...I wouldn't mind if ...they stuck by their policies. I didn't smoke out of respect...for other travellers...and children

Very nice and quiet hotel. Amazing breakfast! The pool and beach are beautiful. Friendly and helpful staff. We are already missing Ti-Cha’s amazing smile and kindness.

Everything was good , the room balcony was a bit small.

We loved this resort 🥰, the room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the pillows so soft. The pool was immaculate, the beach perfect and we were in the middle of everything while being quiet and peaceful inside the hotel. The breakfast was quite good too!!! Will definitely come back!!!
