Ulasan Star River Hotel Qingdao

Choosing this hotel for its location not far from the airport and also its access to other areas of Qingdao without the traffic problems of the cbd. The hotel is well equipped with all the requirements for business or pleasure. The staff are attentive and very helpful a special mention to Manager Mr Leo who's English is excellent helping me navigate the city and transfer from the hotel to the airport and back. Breakfast has the needs of all cuisines the most important requirement for me was the coffee. From Melbourne we are spoilt and the coffee used was equally as good a great plus. The only disappointment for me was the gym didn't open till 9am far to late in my opinion most days I had left the hotel by 8.30am and missed out on using the gym completely. It was well equipped too. Staying here one could not be disappointed with anything

I am so happy to stay at this hotel. Room is big, clean with ocean view. Nice breakfast and good customer service. My sister will come in June and stay at this hotel. We will come back again.

Hotel is nice. The environment is so pretty. We hope to be there again some day. Good location, nice setting, very hospitality as well. It's a pity we do not have time to have breakfast. But I do believe it should be good too.

+ The hotel is clean, staff is welcoming and breakfast is really good. - location is terrible… no metro nearby, really difficult to get a taxi (minimum 20 minutes to get one). Too far from city center. Having / renting a car was a must. - Amenities as well are not what it looks like: “outdoor swimming pool” is actually a decoration pool so no swimming allowed…

這次選擇的住宿超值哦，窗户望去就是大海，日落前的大海，美不勝收！酒店雖然有點兒偏，但是基本到我要去的地方也是最優選了！ 應該是新開業沒多久吧，都很新，但是沒有異味，房間超大，設施也很齊全，第六圖感覺細節很用心，還有晾衣服的繩子，對於去海邊回來洗衣服再方便不過了！ 早餐的地方太高大上，菜品也很豐富，咖啡來不及喝還帶了一杯走！ 晚上送了眼罩和耳罩，還有水果，銀耳湯！退房的時候送了暖貼和杯墊，不要太貼心！ 下次還定這兒

這次住店真是物超所值！房間乾淨整潔，床睡得特別舒服，一覺到天亮。前台的cc態度超好，需要什麼物品有求必應，沒有絲毫不耐煩，讓人感覺像在家一樣温暖哈哈。早餐品種多，味道也不錯，吃飽喝足精神滿滿。打車挺方便，出門也有公交站，附近吃飯購物都很近。晚上回來還能去酒店的小花園散步，環境安靜，心情都放鬆了。總之，這次入住體驗很棒，下次來還會選擇這裏！

很喜歡青島星河灣酒店，此次入住很滿意尤其是工作人員雷營雪和袁延巧，態度親切，有求必應，和她聊天很愉快，像在家一樣自在，酒店離海邊很近，步行2分鐘就到海邊了，晚上可以去散散步。房間的海景景色也很好下次還選這兒！

五星推薦！這家酒店的前台服務和衞生讓我想安利給所有人！這次入住了青島星河灣酒店酒店，整體體驗完全超出預期！從踏入酒店的那一刻起，就被無微不至的服務包圍了，前台辦理入住迅速，大堂經理Vicky服務熱情周到，詳細介紹早餐，健身房位置還有附近美食，還幫忙免費升級了海景房，房間視野很好，推門聞到淡淡的香氛味，拉開窗簾是青島的海濱之光，衞生更不用多説，超五星級酒店的水準，這種把服務細節刻進DNA的酒店，絕對是我今後旅行的首選！對了，還有小糕點贈送👍

春節假期快結束前和家人在這兒住了一晚，體驗十分不錯。進大堂，就看到前台員工們的熱情問好驅散了旅途的疲憊。辦入住的cc同樣十分熱情細心，離店還送了小朋友一份小玩具，很貼心。進房間查看了一圈確實也打掃得很乾凈，佈置得也挺温馨，房間面積挺大，入住還準備的水果和小朋友喜歡的零食細節之處盡顯用心。早餐種類豐富，滿足家人孩子不同口味。短暫一晚總體體驗很不錯。

這次來青島遊玩一塊見朋友，朋友推薦住的這家酒店，酒店裝修簡約大氣，房間面積也很大，入住提前在房間給準備了點心和水果，這一點是讓我感到比較驚喜和貼心的，辦入住時前台小程很熱情貼心，幫我介紹了酒店內部設施和周邊的商場餐廳。這次入住不管是環境、服務、態度都無可挑剔，算是一份意外之喜，個人十分推薦！
