Hotel ini sangat tua Pemandian air panas jantan dan betina dipisahkan, dan masing-masing memiliki pemandian air panas terbuka yang tidak terbuka. Sarapan memiliki beberapa jenis dan tidak terlalu enak. Jika ada kursi di hotel lain, saya akan memilih yang lain.

Awesome location near central Toyako Onsen. Room had gorgeous lake view and onsen was spacious and well-maintained. Only thing is that the hotel is a bit dated and mattresses were a bit thin.

Very good location facing lake Toya. You can see the fireworks right in your room. But it was a little smelly.

Good for family. We enjoy very much the food, view and hot spring there. Highly recommended.

Not recommended. Rooms were old, dinner was so so. Staff were polite, and this made me think twice about giving them a lower rating

Very old hotel, room was not very clean. Location was great, near the bus stop with a convenient store across the road. You're paying for the view of Lake Toya from the room. Overall hardware and service were lacking. Way overpriced product.

It was a cozy room and the onsen was quite big with multiple segments. I just didn’t think the food was good (i had better at the other business hotels i stayed at. However staff was friendly and multilingual and the gift shop made it convenient to buy souvenirs from the area!

Pretty decent location. Appearance of hotel is old and furnishings are slightly out dated. Service is quite decent though it can be improved further. Quote an eg, English speaking staff is very limited. Generally, this hotel has what it got to make the stay enjoyable

Location great with excellent view of the lake. Also have a great view of the fireworks at night. Breakfast just ok.

It's kinda old fashion kind of resort in this area but it provided what we needed. Room given is spacious to fit four of us. Receptionists and servants are helpful and always greeting. Public pool is good experience for my kids.
