Ulasan Golden Eagle Summit Hotel

The originally planned mountain-view king bed room didn't have the air conditioning I desired, so Sister Shiqi from the front desk kindly arranged a complimentary upgrade to an executive floor room after appealing to the leadership. The view was stunning, and the room's lighting and amenities exceeded my expectations. My stay was exceptionally comfortable, and I'm already looking forward to returning. I'm deeply grateful to Sister Shiqi for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and professionalism throughout the process.

Hotel Location is perfekt, just in City Center, and near to city metro and shopping mall.

the facilities are good and the services provided by the staff is excellent. Special mention to the names shown in my screenshots.

The location is key, the hotel looks old, but it is very tall. I think it is one of the highest building in Wuhu. Staff does not speak English, so use an online translator.

金鷹尚美酒店的大堂設計別緻，光線柔和，營造出一種温馨而舒適的氛圍。前台尹明態度親切，熱情周到，辦理入住手續專業👍還貼心的送了護手霜和烤紅薯，安排酒店房間很乾凈，給升級了房間，環境非常好，客房阿姨態度很好，酒店周邊吃喝玩樂的路程都比較近，是我來蕪湖幾年來住的最好的一次酒店，超級無敵滿意👍強力推薦！！

此次再次預訂蕪湖金鷹尚美酒店，跨新年～較上次入住有了提升👍 首先説説它的位置，特別好，處於比較繁華的地段，周邊交通便利，出門無論是打車還是坐公交都很方便，而且距離很多景點也不算遠，遊玩回來休息很是便捷呢。 酒店的服務那叫一個周到細緻呀，工作人員總是帶着親切的笑容，有問必答，建議和準備會用心記住，真的像朋友一樣貼心。客房服務也很棒，把房間打掃得一塵不染用品會多備 房間內部的設計很合理，空間寬敞，裝飾簡約又不失格調，設施雖然年代很久，但是使用起來很順手。睡眠質量在這兒也得到了保障，昨晚跨年夜夜晚特別熱鬧，但是房間隔音效果超讚呢。 總而言之，是來蕪湖住宿推薦選擇，必須給個五星好評呀！服務👍丹丹經理下次見

在五星酒店住跨年，體驗超棒。房間乾淨整潔，設施完備，床品舒適。服務人員小雪熱情周到，送的護手霜也很喜歡，給免費升級了房間，貼心關懷。酒店的環境優雅安靜，位置便利。整體性價比高，強烈推薦！

入住的時候除了一點問題 跟前台和客房溝通了之後給我申請更換房間。中間由於等待了比較久的時間 當天也比較晚了 所以前廳陳經理出麪給出了比較好的解決方案 自己也去房間檢查了設施 確定沒問題通知我們調換。整體前台的服務都比較好 客房部的響應速度也還行 最後一晚空調出了點問題 也有工程部的師傅過來檢查。當然可能由於酒店本身設施略有陳舊 還是要給酒店的各位工作人員點讚的。碰到的工作人員會幫忙按電梯 打招呼。最後充電器丟房間了 前台工作人員也安排郵寄了。後面有機會還會入住。
