We are an international 3D studio based in Ireland, founded in 2000, that specialises in digital architecture and construction. As integrated partners in project design teams, we offer technical and creative 3D solutions for the built environment, from design and planning to construction and marketing. Property developers, architects, planning consultants, real estate agents, and other industry professionals trust us to help them secure planning permission, streamline construction processes, and maximise sales and marketing strategies — ultimately leading to increased efficiency in the delivery of their projects.   • Here’s an example of a different approach our client took in a recent virtual tour we produced for the Silchester Gardens scheme, in Glenageary. This tour focuses on the exterior of the 3-unit scheme, starting from an aerial view and transitioning through the laneway. The client chose to include two high-quality still CGIs of the living room and bedroom, accessible via a menu at the bottom of the tour.     We broke ground on our new town, Seven Mills in Dublin 22 in January 2023. Now, 24 months later, we are proud of the significant progress made, with 720 new homes, 4.1275 ha of parks, and amenities completed in Parkleigh, the first development in Seven Mills, and over 1000 residents already calling it home. In 2025 we will continue to build, with 495 units granted planning approval for 2024. Over the coming years, Cairn will deliver 5,500 new homes, resulting in more than 15,000 people calling Seven Mills their hometown. Just 13km from Dublin city, Seven Mills is being built with a focus on sustainability, community spirit, and green living. With expansive green spaces, sustainable transport options, a bustling business hub and a range of facilities designed to meet the needs of residents. #BuiltForGood

  • 🏗️ Construction progresses on Red Rock Developments Ireland's Globe Logistics Park on Monread Road in Naas, Co. Kildare. CBRE Ireland Industrial & Logistics recently shared images showcasing the progress on-site. Once complete, the scheme will feature two state-of-the-art warehouse and logistics buildings. The first spans 5,072 sqm with a height of 14.9 meters, while the second boasts a larger 12,102 sqm gross floor area with a similar height.   • Another fantastic example of how our high-quality visualisations are used by our clients. Recently, we shared how one client used the presentation photomontages we created across digital and print media to enhance their marketing strategies. Beyond that, visuals like these can also be showcased on-site, offering passersby a glimpse of the final development even while construction is ongoing. St. James is an underway residential development in the highly sought-after area of Cross Avenue, Blackrock. The scheme will feature five exclusive detached four-bedroom homes.   • Here are some of the virtual staging visuals we created for Shrewsbury Gardens, a luxurious residential development in Ballsbridge. Virtual staging offers a more cost-effective alternative to traditional house staging, providing exceptional value for marketing a scheme while delivering strong returns on investment. Like with interior CGIs, achieving the level of realism seen below requires attention to detail. Shrewsbury Gardens comprises seven four-storey homes, featuring a mix of one three-bedroom, four four-bedroom, and two five-bedroom units.
