Supporting young people with intellectual disabilities across the country to live a life like any other.
About us
Blossom Ireland provides skills-based training for young people with an intellectual disability, aged 14 and above, to prepare for life as an adult. This includes bespoke support, advocacy and information for both the young person and their family during important transition periods in their life. Our aim is to develop and deliver accessible, practical and impactful transition support programmes. These programmes are carried-out via our bespoke online learning platform, My Blossom Channel. This platform is Ireland's first fully-accessible learning platform for young people with intellectual disabilities, supporting those of all abilities, including those with limited verbal communication skills and non-readers. We are extraordinarily proud to have supported hundreds of young people with these programmes over the last decade and, with your support, look forward to continuing to expand our impact across the country. Our Vision: All young people with intellectual disabilities are appropriately supported during all key transitions in life. For resources or more information, please don't hesitate to get in touch at info@blossomireland.ie. For fundraising queries, please contact Shane at Shane@blossomireland.ie.
