Talent without Borders took centre stage at Business France Ireland’s event opened by Ambassador of France to Ireland, Céline Place, at the Alliance Française Dublin focusing on the International Corporate Talent Scheme (VIE) in Ireland. The highlights? 🇫🇷🇬🇧 Business France Ireland director Elodie Morin-Rager setting the scene for our 50+ guests: Ireland is a top 5 European destination for the scheme - the number of participants in Ireland has skyrocketed by 65% since 2018! 70%+ retention rate in Ireland – companies recognise the value of these young professionals, with the vast majority choosing to retain their talent after the programme. 🗨️ A stellar line-up of panelists - Charlotte JEAN, Cédric Guyony, & William Neault – explored how the scheme has helped them not only access & retain fresh talent - moderated by Floriane de Cottreau. 💡 Transdev Ireland was awarded the VIE Excellence Award for its commitment to the scheme & nurturing talent.
