We've got to May, some of you have got back to work today after Labour Day in the country you work in, some of us are getting ready for the bank holiday weekend to welcome May. In the last 15 days I have been working with 11 new coachees/mentees and continued some wonderful work with 3 other clients that continue to tap into their unlimited potential. That's 15 wonderful people in 15 days when I include myself in the learning too. 🙋🏻🙋🏻🙋🏻🙋🏻🙋🏻🙋🏻🙋🏻🙋🏻🙋🏻🙋🏻🙋🏻🙋🏻🙋🏻🙋🏻🙋🏻 I see incredible potential and potential that has already been explored and tapped into. 🌱 The coaching journey I go on with someone is so unique each time and indeed, we are all unique... but seeing this tree's first blossom today is a reminder that there is one thing each of these journeys have in common during the coaching process... Growth! 🌳 ... and it will show up differently and appear at different stages. 🌱🌳 I'm already enjoying the meaningful work we are doing and being part of watering this growth and experiencing the flowering. 🌻🌺🌼🌸🏵️💮 #lifecoach #careercoach #careerchange #lifechanges #professionaldevelopment
