A new survey from Codex Office Solutions reveals that 67% of hybrid workers find the shared workplace the most distracting, with phone calls (42%), background noise (41%), and interrupting colleagues (40%) topping the list. But remote work isn’t without its challenges - household chores (41%), childcare or pets (30%), and meal prep (30%) are top disruptors.
