Exercises: An exercise is a controlled, objective-driven activity used for testing, practicing or evaluating processes or capabilities. The process relates to the SOPs and the capabilities relates to the personnel. Exercises have many essential uses including • evaluate plans • explore issues • promote awareness • develop or assess competence • demonstrate capability • practice interoperability • validate training • identify gaps • Evaluate equipment, techniques and processes. On completion of each exercise we conduct a debrief and prepare a post exercise report which can be used to demonstrate to insurers, statutory inspection agencies or courts that you have adopted a proactive approach to preparedness and risk.
