✨ Inspiring Future Talent at Decotek! ✨ The Decotek team was thrilled to welcome the 2024 DreamBig participants to our site on Wednesday, November 13th, for a day packed with hands-on learning and exploration. 🎉 We hosted Transition Year students from four Westmeath schools, accompanied by Carmel Halligan (TUS), Eoghan Dunbar and Alan Maloney (Engineering Teachers, Rochfortbridge), and Gerry McCormack, Broadband Officer for Westmeath County Council. As part of the visit, the students were given a detailed tour of our production facility, followed by interactive activities where they had the opportunity to test their newly developed skills in real-world scenarios. 🔧⚙️ We were very impressed by the students’ engagement and their understanding of our manufacturing processes. It was inspiring to see such enthusiasm for learning about the automotive industry! We are also delighted by the massive interest shown in future work experience and apprenticeship opportunities at Decotek. This is an incredible achievement and one which could only have been achieved with the dedication of each and every person to clearly understand and to follow the safety policies and protocols we have in place here at DECOTEK.
