Very happy to share my most recent publication in The Sport Psychologist on the benefits of cold water activities (as #seaswimming, #coldshowers, #icebaths), written with Annmarie Mullooly CFP®. Our study found that cold water immersion activities were associated with lower levels of #stress, #depression, and #anxiety, as well as higher levels of #mentaltoughness, #selfefficacy, and #resilience. 📈 What's more - the greater the frequency, the greater the benefit!
