Delighted to release our end of quarter/year update which highlights the continued growth and importance of the First Home Scheme in the first time buyer new home market. Over 3,000 individuals and families now in homes purchased with the assistance of the scheme. Since the scheme was launched in July 2022, over 6,000 have been approved to use the scheme and over €200m in funding issued to customers. The number of new homes supported in 2024 (1,797) showed an increase of 61% over 2023 (1,118). We look forward to supporting many more first time buyers (and those qualifying under 'Fresh Start') in 2025.

🏡 2024 Year-End Results Are In! This year, the First Home Scheme continued to make a big impact: ✅ Over 6,047 approvals for individuals and couples to access the scheme. ✅ 3,052 homes purchased with support from the scheme. ✅ A total of €201 million in funding provided, with an average funding of €66,000 per customer. We’re proud to help so many take the next step toward homeownership. Here’s to an even bigger 2025!
